One of the most exciting times of a fighters career is the rise, before they become champion. There was a lot of hype about Conor but after this fight, he would be thrown to the wolves next. This was a very exciting time to be an MMA fan. Conor would eventually finish Denis and proceed to just the cage and shout EIRE in Jose Aldos face.
Cowboy would take on Benson in their trilogy and win for the first time against him. Other Irish legends like Cathal Pendrard, Paddy Hollohan and Norman Parke.
